A temporary downside with the filament not unspooling cleanly may need blocked the motion of high precision machining the extruder inflicting your 3D printer shifting layers. Trying to print too fast will trigger the motors to skip, leading to 3D printing layer shifting. If you’ve tried all the ideas above you may need to hunt better high quality filament that has strong 3D printing layer adhesion.
